will/won't draw

PAYMENT INFO

once you give me the idea you want me to draw and the price is decided, payment must be done fully UPFRONT; i won't start working on the piece until payment is done.i don't do refunds, so no back-outs. make sure you're 100% certain you want to commission me.

TERMS OF SERVICE

i will automatically assume you have read AND agreed with these terms if you decide to commission me. breaking or acting against these terms will result in being blacklisted from commissioning me again + access to the art files being revoked if the commission was already in progress or finished. if something sounds too specific it's probably because it's already happened in the past and don't want it to happen again.-i have the right to refuse to do a commission if i don't feel comfortable doing it for any reason.
-nsfw + extreme gore commissions are stricly for 18+ clients only.
-my art can be used for personal or commercial use. you HAVE to tell me the purpose of the commission if it is commercial, and i typically charge 2x-4x of the original price for commercial commissions depending on the use they will be given.
-i will only draw in the 3 styles shown (regular, simple and chibi). i won't imitate a show or someone else's art style.
-↑↑↑ that being said, i do have slight variations in the styles i offer that are mostly unintentional or depend on the mood of the piece, so if there is a detail or stylistic choice that you liked from a specific drawing(s) of mine that you would like in your commission as well, do tell.
-+1 extra character will add 75% of the original base price (applies for back and side views for reference sheets as well). there is no character limit per piece, but don't be surprised if the final price ends up at like +$200.
-the drawing will take me anywhere from a couple days to a month to get finished depending on its complexity, if i'm already working on another commission or if i have a busy schedule. i usually say in advance if i'll be busy due to university or any other circumstance that may arise.
-if you NEED the drawing done by a specific close date (like the next day or such) and it makes me have to move around my schedule to meet that deadline, it will have a small price increase for the hurry which will vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
-feel free to send references for poses, expressions, clothing, props, backgrounds or anything you have a very specific idea on; be as descriptive and detailed as you want, this will make it easier for me to make the drawing the way you imagine it.
-you can ask for wips/progress reports! i will gladly send pictures of how the drawing is progressing.
-finished, full quality piece along with all the progress stages will be sent via e-mail or discord.
-i will most likely post the finished piece to my socials by default, but you can ask me not to if you want it to stay private. (i'd usually ask just in case either way)
-crediting me wherever you're gonna use the art isn't necessary since you paid for it, but it's still appreciated. ^_^
